Harry Payne

Harry joined Lichfields in 2022 after completing his master’s degree in International Real Estate and Planning at The Bartlett School of Planning, UCL.

Based in the London office, Harry previously worked in the housing team on a number of large-scale residential-led mixed-use schemes in London. Recent project experience includes Devonshire Place, Borough Triangle and Garratt Lane.

Harry is now working with the commercial team on a wide range of projects, including mixed-use, digital infrastructure, retail and leisure. Harry became a Chartered Member of the RTPI in 2024.
