Jonathan is a Town Planning consultant with over 12 years experience. Jonathan has worked closely with private and public sector clients on a wide range of planning issues in London and across the UK. Prior to joining Lichfields in late 2021, he worked at Deloitte for seven years.
He has particular experience in housing related projects (including conventional housing, student and build to rent and tall buildings) within London, the South East and the South West. He has advised on all aspects of the planning process including the preparation of planning briefs, advice in relation to maximising development value, influencing planning policy, the submission and management of planning applications, detailed planning strategies, and S106 negotiations. Jonathan has extensive experience in commercial/mixed use assets, heritage planning, education, landscaping, stakeholder and community consultation and in sports facilities.
