Ian York

Ian provides advice to a variety of private and public sector clients. He specialises in infrastructure projects and the Development Consent Order process.  Ian is highly skilled at developing planning strategies and co-ordinating large project teams in relation to commercial, leisure, industrial and minerals developments. Project experience includes advising on a Strategic Rail Freight Interchange proposal in Bexley and preparing a long term plan for future development and investment at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Ian joined Lichfields in 2008.
