Jack Collard

Jack joined Lichfields in 2022 after spending a year with Cardiff Council working in the placemaking and development management team on a variety of mixed-use urban schemes whilst also gaining experience within the planning policy development. After spending two years in the Lichfields Cardiff Office, Jack now works in the Bristol office and has experience with both the Welsh and English planning systems.

Jack's project experience includes working on planning appraisals and preparing planning applications for submission across a variety of sectors including large city centre mixed use schemes, housing, tourism and energy.

Jack completed an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning and Development at Cardiff University and became an Associate Member of the RTPI in December 2023.
