Jennie Baker

In her role within Lichfields’ Policy and Law team, Jennie provides guidance to clients and colleagues on the interpretation of existing and emerging law and policy, and co-produces the popular ‘Lichfields Planning News’ series.  Jennie has a broad range of planning experience across various market sectors for clients including national retail and leisure operators, housing associations, homeowners and independent property developers.  Jennie specialises in providing Community Infrastructure Levy advice and strategies. Jennie joined Lichfields in May 2006, having previously worked at local authorities in London and Australia.
