Katie joined Lichfields in August 2021 after completing a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Sheffield. She is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and has experience across a broad range of sectors, including housing, retail, education, health, energy, and leisure.
Katie prepares and coordinates planning applications, site appraisals, and supporting documents such as Planning Statements, Statements of Community Involvement, Alternative Site Assessments, Design and Access Statements, and Sequential and Retail Impact Assessments. She also contributes to promoting sites through the Local Plan process, undertaking community engagement, and managing the discharge of planning conditions. Katie works closely with project teams and local authorities to address planning challenges and deliver positive outcomes for clients.
