Josh Hymer

Josh joined Lichfields in 2015 and specialises in the delivery of mid to large scale mixed-use developments in London and across the South East. He is involved in a wide range of planning work for public and private sector clients and is experienced in the preparation of appraisals, applications, appeals and representations.

His recent project experience includes helping to secure approval for the 619-home residential led mixed-use redevelopment of Kidbrooke Station Square. He has also worked on the successful appeals for Conington Road in Lewisham and the redevelopment of Guildford Station.
