Katie Brown

Katie works on a variety of projects for both the public and private sectors. Her key experience and interest lies in storage, distribution and logistics developments and housing schemes. Katie is responsible for the preparation and coordination of planning applications, negotiating the planning process from pre-application through to determination and the conditions and S106 process. Katie has experience of NSIP applications and the preparation of Development Consent Orders. Alongside her RTPI accreditation, Katie is also an IEMA Practitioner. As an EIA coordinator she is part of an experienced team that is involved in the screening and scoping process on strategic projects, the management of multi-disciplinary teams and for the preparation and management of Environmental Statements. Katie joined Lichfields in 2015.
