Katy McMullen

Katy joined Lichfields in 2023 after completing a BSc in Planning and Real Estate and a MSc in International Planning and Urban Design at the University of Manchester.

Katy has been involved in a wide range of projects including the assessment of the social and economic impact of development and the calculation of housing need, supply and mix. She has also undertaken planning appraisals and appeals, managed minor planning applications, and assisted with due diligence work.

Katy’s project experience also includes preparing planning applications for submission across a variety of sectors including housing, tourism and energy.
