Maximilian Kidd-Rossiter

Max joined Lichfields in 2019 and has a wide range of experience across the industrial, logistics, energy and residential sectors.

His experience includes development appraisals, the coordination of planning applications, and the preparation of housing land supply and housing mix assessments.  Max specialises in the preparation of strategic site finding exercises, where he has successfully identified land for residential, employment and mixed-use development on behalf of a wide range of clients.
