Lucy Sime née Bullock

Lucy joined Lichfields in 2016 and is predominantly involved in securing planning permission for a range of retail, residential, industrial and mixed use applications, working for both public and private sector clients. Lucy has an interest in economics and a wealth of viability experience due to her background in development surveying. Her experience includes the preparation of Applications, Appeals and Representations, Employment Land Reviews, Student Accommodation Modelling, Economic Viability Assessments and Local Plan Viability studies. She is passionate about promoting the self-build sector and has produced research for the Planning Advisory Service on encouraging self-build and overcoming the challenges faced.
