Eleanor joined Lichfields London Office in January 2026 as a Senior Planner within the commercial team. Prior to joining Lichfields she held positions at Frankham Projects, as well as within Local Planning Authorities.
Eleanor has worked on commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use, education, and healthcare schemes, advising a range of clients across both private and public sectors.
Eleanor’s experience includes the preparation of planning appraisals, the submission of pre-application requests, the preparation and co-ordination of planning applications and listed building consents as well as the negotiation of planning conditions and restrictions.
