Izzy is an Economics Consultant with experience supporting a wide range of economic development and regeneration projects for public and private sector clients. Her work includes preparing evidence base documents for local authorities, undertaking quantitative and qualitative research, and delivering clear analysis to inform Local Plan reviews, strategic planning and investment decisions.
She has experience delivering socio‑economic and health impact assessments for mixed‑use developments and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. She also supports business case development for major infrastructure, regeneration schemes and programme‑level government interventions. Izzy joined Lichfields in 2026, having previously worked for a multinational infrastructure consultancy.
