Phil has over 15 years’ experience in a range of sectors including housing, mixed-use and industrial development. Prior to joining Lichfields, he worked for Local Authorities in Development Management and has significant experience in managing complex planning applications. He has negotiated s106 agreements and is particularly interested in development management and planning law issues. He works in a team that specialises in offering advice to businesses in the advanced industrial sectors as well as regional shopping centres, town centre retail assets and retail warehouse parks. Phil joined Lichfields in 2021.
