Nena Pavlidou

Nena is an experienced planner who specialises in strategic planning, economic development, town centre regeneration and infrastructure projects. She joined Lichfields in 2020 having previously worked within a number of local authority policy teams and in the private sector.

Nena has particular expertise in employment land and housing needs matters, new settlement planning, and assessing the economic impacts of major infrastructure proposals such as airports and rail schemes. Her recent projects have included advising on strategic distribution needs and warehousing schemes in the Midlands, and a number of mixed-use developments in London with an emphasis on industrial intensification and co-location principles.
