Caitlin Newham

Caitlin joined Lichfields as a Planner in 2021 whilst completing an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development at Cardiff University, and is currently working towards gaining her RTPI Chartered Membership.

Her experience to date includes the preparation and coordination of pre-applications and planning applications, preparing planning appraisals and due diligence reports, writing representations to Local Plan consultations, and providing general advice on planning projects.

Caitlin has gained experience in a wide range of sectors, including housing, tourism and leisure, retirement and care, and commercial schemes.
