Heather Overhead

Heather joined the Newcastle Lichfields office in 2019 after working for over 10 years in Planning Policy at Dacorum Borough Council and Northumberland County Council.

Heather specialises in advising on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and is experienced in the preparation and management of Environmental Statements and Scoping and Screening Requests. Heather is an experienced planner who has worked on a variety of industrial, infrastructure, energy and residential projects. She has sound knowledge of planning policy processes having taken Development Plan Documents through to adoption and lead on the production of Supplementary Planning Documents and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule at Dacorum Borough Council.
