Tilly joined Lichfields as a planner in January 2026 whilst completing a Master’s degree in Urban Planning at the University of the West of England. This follows the completion of an undergraduate degree in Politics and Sociology at Cardiff University. Tilly completed two internships with Lichfields (Cardiff office) during the summer of 2024 and 2025. During these internships, Tilly was involved in a range of projects including the social and economic impact of development and monitoring duties.
