Paddy Hynes

Paddy is a Senior Planner based in London with experience working on a variety of Lichfields’ workstreams. His project-based experience includes primarily advising on strategic residential developments within London and the South East. He also has a range of experience advising on planning policy, having started his career as part of Lichfields’ Think Tank. In this capacity, his specialisms lay in developer contributions, particularly s106 and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
