Paddy Hynes

Paddy is Planner based in London whose specialisms lie in planning Policy and Law. He joined in 2022 having completed an MSc in Public and Urban Policy at the University of Glasgow where he gained experience with Local Authorities undertaking a collaborative dissertation with Glasgow City Council’s economic development division. Now, Paddy works on a variety of Lichfields’ workstreams, including planning for commercial and residential developments, advice on matters relating primarily to Policy and Law, including the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), and supporting research outputs for Lichfields’ Think Tank team both internally and externally.
