Paige’s work is varied across the residential, commercial, logistics and leisure sectors primarily within Yorkshire and the Midlands.
She has experience with major residential schemes in urban areas, including Leeds City Centre, as well as on greenfield and Green Belt land. Paige has undertaken five-year housing land supply analyses and utilised Lichfield's Sizemix tool to underpin and support applications.
Alongside her activity in the residential sector, Paige’s portfolio includes a 1 million+ square foot logistics scheme, a landed estate and several town centre and retail schemes.
