Naomi Parker
Planner Leeds
Naomi joined Lichfields in September 2025 after gaining experience at Charnwood Borough Council, where she worked within the Development Management team, primarily dealing with householder and minor planning applications. This role gave her a strong foundation in assessing proposals, interpreting planning policy, and engaging with applicants and consultees.
Naomi studied at the University of Sheffield, completing both an undergraduate degree in Geography and Planning and a master’s in Urban and Regional Planning. Her undergraduate dissertation focused on public attitudes towards affordable housing, while her master's research explored perceptions and use of urban parks. These projects reflect her interest in how people interact with places and how planning decisions influence everyday experiences.
She is now gaining experience in a variety of sectors in the Leeds office and working towards RTPI chartership status.
