Pippa Nisbet

Pippa has over 20 years’ experience in the planning sector, focusing mainly on London projects but she has also advised on a number of projects nationally. Pippa has worked for both public and private sector clients leading a number of projects through all stages of the planning process. This has included due diligence at the site finding stage, pre-application consultation, application submission, and advising/ securing changes post permission to achieve best value, and appeal work.

Pippa has also been involved in promoting sites through the Local Plan process, including speaking at Hearings for Examination in Public. Pippa’s clients have predominantly included private developers/ investors, large medical institutions, educational establishments and government bodies.

Pippa joined Lichfields in 2022 having previously worked for JLL, King Sturge and GVA Grimley.
