Rachel Affleck

Rachel joined Lichfields in 2022, following the completion of a postgraduate degree at Heriot-Watt University in Spatial Planning and Real Estate Development, where she graduated with distinction.

Since joining Lichfields, she has worked on a variety of projects including mixed-use development, residential schemes and commercial development.

Rachel’s experience includes undertaking development appraisals, the preparation and submission of planning applications, public consultation (including the preparation of Pre-Application Consultation Reports) and the preparation of Education Capacity Assessment Reports.
