Richard Norman

Richard is a planner who specialises in economic growth and appraisal. Since joining Lichfields in 2015, Richard has worked on a variety of projects for both private developers and public sector clients.

Richard has particular experience in quantifying the economic benefits of development of commercially focused and residential-led schemes. His recent projects include major build to rent developments, in addition to strategic site identification and regeneration schemes for a range of private sector clients including U+I and Taylor Wimpey.

Richard’s other experience includes the preparation of socio-economic chapters, conducting site appraisals and the submission of development plan representations.
