Madeleine Rigby

Madeleine leads our heritage offer across the South West of England and Wales, having relocated to Bristol after six successful years in our London Office. Madeleine specialises in managing change within the historic environment, advising on built heritage, historic landscapes, archaeology and townscape and visual effects.

Madeleine provides architectural and landscape design advice based on the significance of buildings and places. Her experience includes assessing the listing potential of complex sites including hospitals, factories and schools and she has overseen the total refurbishment of both Grade II and II* listed buildings. She is experienced in assessing the heritage, townscape and visual effects of a wide range of new development and in determining the archaeological potential of sites. Madeleine is a Full Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
