Rosie joined Lichfields in 2025 while completing the final stages of a Planning MSc at the University of Manchester. Her academic work focussed on the UK Planning System, exploring planning procedures, urban theories and spatial analysis. She is currently completing her dissertation investigating mixed-use developments and their potential to regenerate city districts.

She also holds a BSc in Geography from Lancaster University, where she studied a variety of human and physical geography. Her dissertation was completed in collaboration with Northern Gas Networks, exploring public perceptions of Hydrogen Energy and its role in the UK’s energy transition.

Alongside her studies, Rosie gained experience in the energy and healthcare sectors. At Lancaster University, she worked as an Energy Management Assistant, engaging stakeholders during the creation of energy-saving policies and delivering sustainability campaigns. Between her BSc and MSc, she worked in IT at an NHS GP practice, learning valuable skills and delivering comprehensive support.

At Lichfields, Rosie is gaining experience in a variety of sectors and is working towards RTPI chartership status.
