Janet Rowley

Janet joined Lichfields in 2021 from WYG/Tetra Tech Planning where she worked with clients including local authorities, Homes England, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, property investment companies, national housebuilders and independent developers, on a range of projects in the residential and commercial sectors.

Janet’s role includes the provision of planning advice to clients on all aspects of the planning process, development and site appraisals, building effective client relationships, and project managing planning applications and appeals from initial design stage to the grant of planning permission. Janet has also been involved in the preparation of representations as part of the development plan process and has appeared at Local Plan Examination.
