Ryan Barrett

Ryan joined Lichfields as a Planner in August 2022 after completing a Master of Planning degree at Newcastle University during which he received the RTPI Book Prize.

As part of his degree, Ryan completed a one-year placement within a local authority planning department where he worked in the Policy and Development Management teams. He conducted planning policy assessments, with a particular focus on housing schemes, and assessed various planning applications.
