Simon Coop

Simon is a housing expert who specialises in need and supply issues. Leading numerous research projects, he advises clients on development strategy and policy matters. Simon played a central role in the creation and evolution of Lichfields’ Headroom framework, formed in response to the abolition of Regional Strategies in England. He frequently provides evidence on the subject of housing and economic development at examinations and inquiries, and is a regular speaker at conferences. He contributes to both print and broadcast media regarding residential development. Simon joined Lichfields in 2002.
