Nancy joined Lichfields in August 2018 after graduating from Cardiff with a degree in City and Regional planning, including a year in industry completed at Transport for London’s Planning Consents team. Since joining Lichfields, she has worked within the Commercial Team as both a planner and EIA coordinator.
Nancy is experienced in the management of both major and minor planning applications within the commercial, industry and logistics sectors. She also has specialist experience working on DCO applications for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, and has coordinated EIAs for a variety of major schemes, and regularly leads on advising on EIA issues from project inception through to the preparation and submission of EIA screening requests, Scoping Requests and Environmental Statements.
