Sakhi has a wide range of experience from transport planning to economic development, which has sparked her interest in the interaction between transport, infrastructure, and planning and how investment across these sectors has and continues to shape the cities and communities which we see around us today.
Sakhi, as an accredited Better Business Case Practitioner, specialises in the development of business cases for investment into complex infrastructure projects to obtain public sector funding.
Sakhi also has a deep interest in creating positive social outcomes through her projects and has a passion for delivering social value and long-lasting positive benefits for communities. Her experience involves producing socio-economic, equality and community impact assessments as well as social value and skills strategies for Development Consent Orders and planning applications across a range of sectors.
Sakhi joined Lichfields in 2024 having previously worked at several multinational consultancy firms.
