Suzanne is a skilled and experienced planner whose clients include commercial developers, housebuilders, land promoters and operators.
Suzanne specialises in the coordination of major planning applications, including Environmental Impact Assessment, advising on and negotiating all elements of the planning process from pre-application consultation through to determination and delivery. She also promotes land for various clients through the development plan process. Project experience includes large scale regeneration schemes in Leeds, York and Sheffield.
Suzanne joined Lichfields in 2011.
