Emily joined Lichfields in 2018 and is based in our Newcastle office.
Since joining, Emily has worked on a wide range of projects for commercial, infrastructure, retail and leisure clients. Her experience includes managing and preparing major and minor planning applications across the North of England, including the preparation of detailed Planning Statements, and Retail Impact and Sequential Site Assessments on behalf of national retailers and infrastructure providers. Emily has also been involved in a number public consultations, managing a series of planning applications and providing advice on a range of planning issues, particularly permitted development rights.
