Tom Hutchinson

Tom joined Lichfields as a Senior Planner in September 2022 having moved from the planning department of a regional multidisciplinary consultancy firm. As such, he managed a diverse range of clients and benefits from widespread experience across the residential, commercial and leisure sectors. In particular, he has a particular interest and considerable expertise in telecommunications infrastructure, farm diversification, tourism, site identification and strategic land promotion.
