Tom Willshaw

Tom is an ambitious planner who works on residential, retail and mixed use projects. He provides advice, writes appraisals and submits planning applications. Project experience includes a major industrial scheme in Essex, a regional shopping centre in the South East and large scale housing projects in London. Tom joined Lichfields in 2015.
