Anna Turton

Anna has extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a variety of complex planning projects. She advises on appropriate development strategies to achieve commercially viable schemes and has vast experience across all development sectors with particular expertise in residential, commercial and retail planning and Inquiry work.

Anna specialises in the preparation and coordination of major planning applications, advising on and negotiating all elements of the planning process from pre-application consultation through to determination and delivery. Anna prepares site appraisals, planning statements, retail impact assessments and Inquiry evidence and advises on and manages clients’ property portfolios. Anna also promotes land for development through the development plan process.
