Bella is an EIA Consultant who supports the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for a range of development projects. Her work includes the preparation and review of screening and scoping reports, undertaking cumulative effect assessments, and supporting the preparation of Environmental Statements to inform planning applications. Bella joined Lichfields in 2026 after graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Human Geography, where she developed an understanding of environmental management, sustainable development and planning issues.
Prior to joining Lichfields, Bella gained experience in both the planning and sustainability sectors. This included supporting planning-related work, as well as sustainability initiatives relating to environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters and emissions reporting. She now contributes to a range of EIA projects, supporting environmental assessments and planning documentation across different development sectors.
