Harvey recently joined Lichfields as a Planner, having studied town planning at the University of Liverpool and gained experience in private planning consultancy. His experience includes residential and commercial development, with a particular interest in heritage and regeneration.
Harvey has worked on a range of planning applications, appeals and site appraisals for private sector clients. His work has involved assessing development potential, reviewing local and national planning policy and preparing planning submissions.
He also has experience within local government, giving him an understanding of development management from both the public and private sector perspective.
