Alastair Willis

Alastair joined Lichfields in January 2019, bringing extensive planning consultancy experience across the residential, retail, commercial, and tourism sectors. He specialises in promoting planning applications and appeals across the UK, with a particular focus on the north east. 

Alastair’s project work includes advising clients on the suitability of land for development at the inception stage through to preparing and managing complex planning applications to determination. He has advised on a wide range of issues, including planning strategy, housing land supply, Green Belt matters, local plan promotion and planning appeals. He also has experience in preparing and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary EIA projects.
