Josh Woollard

Before joining Lichfields in 2021, Josh worked in Development Management at Gateshead Council where he gained experience in handling major and minor planning applications.

His projects at Lichfields include large-scale residential developments with elements of ancillary commercial and community uses, in particular working on Wynyard Garden Village in Hartlepool.

Josh’s experience covers planning appraisals and preparing and managing a variety of planning applications, appeals, and site promotion.
