Zoe Mason

Zoë joined Lichfields as a Planner in 2022 whilst completing an MSc in International Planning at University College London, and is currently working towards gaining her RTPI Chartered Membership.

Her experience to date includes the preparation and coordination of pre-applications and planning applications, preparing planning appraisals and sequential assessments, writing representations to Local Plan consultations, and providing general advice on planning projects.

Zoë has gained experience in a wide range of sectors, including tourism and leisure, housing, retirement living, and commercial schemes.
