Our work involves natural light studies studies of the outline massing for each phase and identifying any deviation from the approved Masterplan in regard to potential natural light effects of the current phase and any impacts on existing and future residents. Our analysis is used to determine the complete form of the scheme and provide support through the detailed planning application.
Lichfields’ Neighbourly Matters team has a longstanding relationship with the development. The team provided the ES Chapter during the Hybrid application stage in 2018 and prepared subsequent assessments as successive detailed phases have been progressed.
