Lichfields obtained Prior Approval for the conversion of the upper floors of Brenchley House from use class B1(a) office to use class C3 residential, resulting in the delivery of 183 homes. As we have done successfully throughout England, Lichfields used the provisions of the General Permitted Development Order to gain approval for conversion. We managed the design development and application process and it took only three months from Lichfields appointment to gain approval for 183 homes.
We have used Lichfields’ services and in particular worked with Owain, on various projects – residential planning, Office to Permitted Development conversions and planning appeals. Lichfields has always been very informative, professional and meticulous in the manner in which they do things. We will continue to use them on other projects and are very satisfied with their services and overall approach to how they manage projects.
