Grove Farm Care Community

Engaged to promote one of the first care village proposals in Wales, Lichfields prepared detailed representations, presented verbal evidence at the Local Development Plan Examination stage, and coordinated wider stakeholder engagement. Working on behalf of a private landowner, Lichfields helped present a considered and articulate case which sought the site’s allocation as a care village. The concept was for a high quality, lively, mixed-use scheme, including on-site leisure and service facilities alongside a range of retirement living opportunities.
