London Southend Airport

Lichfields advised London Southend Airport through its early formative stages including preparation of a development strategy to guide future development at the airport and economic impact reports. We subsequently secured planning permission for the new railway station, terminal and visitor centre (now built) along with adjustments to the airport operational boundary and the runway in order to ensure Civil Aviation Authority compliance.  The approval process included preparation of an Environmental Statement.
