Working alongside PRP Architects, Lichfields secured full planning permission for a residential and extra-care development at Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent. The development has 80 one- and two-bed extra care apartments, a mix of shared ownership and rental properties with communal facilities and landscaped gardens. 
 
This ID4 Living/Sanctuary Housing Association scheme is the sort of transformational project that Lichfields thrives on. It is an urban regeneration project that breathes new life into the Middleport area of Stoke-on-Trent. The £10m investment delivers a high quality sustainable environment through a mix of uses including housing and extra care living.
