Ben Kelway promoted to Senior Director

Ben joined Lichfields as a planner in 2002 having completed an MPhil in Town Planning at University College London. He became a Senior Planner in 2005, an Associate Director in 2008, a Planning Director three years ago and this month promoted to Senior Director.  
Ben has extensive experience advising public and private sector clients on major housing and mixed-use development projects in central and inner London, particularly in Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Islington and Haringey. An expert in urban housing projects, townscape and amenity matters, Ben also oversees Lichfields’ daylight and sunlight team.
Ben is a highly-valued member of staff with a broad range of experience across many disciplines. This promotion is recognition of his outstanding efforts over the last 15 years.
