An expert in urban housing projects and townscape and amenity matters, Ben advises public and private sector clients on major housing and mixed use developments across London. This includes managing high density residential-led projects often involving tall buildings. Ben also oversees Lichfields’ Neighbourly Matters team. He acts as an expert planning witness at Public Inquiries and Hearings and has advised on Lands Tribunal and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal cases.
