Thames Valley planning news

Headline news this month is the 20% increase in planning application fees from 17 January, plus the new fee for permission in principle on application that will apply from 1 June.

 

We also provide a summary of all of the planning changes that are due in 2018, including the new requirements for local plan review and neighbourhood plan making that will come into force between now and April.
