15 Jun 2018Lichfields submitted an application, and subsequent written representations appeal, in respect of proposals for a new residential development in Benington, Hertfordshire.
The site is located in East Hertfordshire District Council, to the east of Stevenage, will deliver up to 13 market and affordable homes in the village.
As well as preparing and submitting the planning application and appeal submission, Lichfields also provided urban design services preparing an indicative site layout. The site will help to deliver a range of much needed new housing in Hertfordshire.
